When your cleaning company runs on JanGuard, you get a portal for your buildings. Check which visits were completed or missed, read service reports with photos, see inspection scores, and track your tickets against their due times.
Let the people there tell you what needs attention.
Put a JanGuard board in restrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces. Building users can scan to report an issue, helping the facilities team hear about missing supplies or a spill where it happens.

Built into the work
What you see in the portal
Bring a clearer reporting standard to your cleaning provider.
01
Completed and missed visits
The service history for each building shows which visits were completed, which were missed, and the completion rate for the dates you pick.
02
Service reports with photos
Read the service reports your cleaning company publishes to your portal, with their photos, including before and after pairs.
03
Inspection scores
See the score from each inspection at your buildings, your average score, and how many deficiencies are still open.
04
Tickets with due times
Open a ticket from the portal and set its priority. The priority sets a due time, and your inbox lists overdue tickets first.
05
Your scope of work
See the areas and tasks your cleaning contract covers, and how many of the scheduled tasks were completed.
06
Quote requests for extra work
Ask for a quote on extra work from the portal, and follow each request as your cleaning company reviews it.
01 / Proof of service
Check last night without walking the floor
When the crew finishes, the cleaner scans a QR code posted in your building and submits a report from their phone. JanGuard matches the report to the scheduled visit. A visit with no report by its deadline is marked missed, and it shows up that way in your service history.

02 / Tickets
Report a problem and see how long it's been open
Open a ticket for a spill, a stain, or a restroom that got skipped, and pick a priority. By default, urgent tickets are due in 4 hours, high in 24, medium in 72, and low within a week. Your portal inbox shows how long each ticket has left and lists the overdue ones first, so you know what to raise with your cleaning company.

03 / For your cleaning company
Forward this page to your cleaning vendor
The portal fills in from the work your cleaning company records in JanGuard. They schedule the crews, collect a QR report from every visit, run inspections, and send you the invite. If they don't use JanGuard yet, send them this page and the note below.

A note you can send your cleaning company
Copy this into an email, or write your own:
We’d like to see our cleaning records without having to ask for them. JanGuard would give us a portal for our buildings with completed and missed visits, service reports with photos, inspection scores, and our open tickets. Could you take a look? janguard.io/solutions/cleaning-companies
See what comes out of the work
Bring a clearer reporting standard to your cleaning provider.
Your cleaning company invites you from their JanGuard account. You can also create a property manager account yourself, but it stays empty until your cleaning company connects it to your buildings.
What if my cleaning company doesn't use JanGuard?
Send them this page. The portal shows the visits, reports, and inspections your cleaning company records, so it fills in once they run your buildings in JanGuard and invite you.
Can I see all of my buildings in one place?
Yes. The portal lists every building your cleaning company services for you. You can filter the service history by building and by date.
Who decides what I can see?
Your cleaning company. They turn portal sections such as service history, reports, and inspections on or off for your account. You only ever see your own buildings.
